Our E-Mail Transmissions have several frequencies and deliver times.
Single Transmission is done once during the week.
Two Transmissions may be done twice in one week or two weeks in a row
Three Transmissions are done once for three consecutive weeks
Four Transmissions can be done twice in a week for two weeks or once a week for four consecutive weeks.
Six Transmissions can be done for six consecutive weeks or once a month for six consecutive months.
Twelve Transmissions are done once a month for twelve consecutive months.

All E-Mail Transmissions are done in HTML. Aaaoe.com must approve all Advertising messages to its members. Below is a list of HTML Specifications.

NOTES:
No external or inline style sheets
No frames, page anchors, script or div tags allowed
Some mail agents ignore bgcolor attribute in the body tag so specify bgcolor in a (td) table cell
Use absolute links only
Always include accompanying TEXT version (2K-8K).
Total file size including images and html must not exceed more than 50K in file size. The limit is about 40K total; meaning with multipart-MIME, the 40K is allocated to both the TEXT and HTML version. Typical TEXT is between 2K-8K, leaving 32K-38K for HTML Basically size should be as small as possible
